1. it is exciting to see all flowers in all stages as I see it. even when they drop off and become brittle and brown there is a rich quality in them dry or even wet, which to me has a beauty even in those last stages. leaves are the same way. the dry curled and fallen leaves of late summer—wow. way fun to see these two stages of the peonies. thank you.
