Karl pruned our lilac bush last fall.  It grows tall to reach the light, as it is by the cedar fence and garage.  Today he drew my attention to how large the leaves are.  I usually use the close up setting on the digital camera for my garden journal.

I brought a flower inside another year.  This photo is from Spring 2015.
