I set goals and make lists.  If possible, I focus on one task at a time.  I cannot achieve several things at once, as when young.  At least not now.  I am sure everyone varies.

This approach is working well.  With patience, over time, I can achieve a lot.  My list is shorter than it was some months ago.  In 2019, I will set some new goals.  I began the selection of blog poems for a print book.  Another idea I have is to create a mixed-media art journal.  And always to continue here.
