quiet morning
poems on pages
of print journals
and books from now
and long ago
The poems in print still live. Perhaps a poet revised the work later. And readers add their thoughts and life experiences. I may read about loss, and then know comfort about someone in my life. Many have observed this, and have offered advice to writers – leave some space for the reader.
And as I write, I remember my poems from September 5, 2019 (with pictures).

And my poem from October 7, 2018.
