Karl and I have seen many sparrows in our yard. I wondered about Winter birds in Wisconsin and discovered eek! Environmental Education for Kids, and their article, Winter Birds Birds found in Wisconsin over winter. I searched from the Wisconsin DNR site.

Then I thought of a poem:
