Creative Notes and Photos
These are photos from the WordPress.com free photo library. I am beginning to recognize the work of a few artists there, and I learn more every week. Inspiration for the seasons.
This year, I also devoted time to research for the 2020 series at Poems From Psalms And Nature: short selections from The Psalms, with pictures. Now I plan to create a page there with links back to the posts, for new readers and all readers. The pictures for the Psalms series are from different sources.

Creative Notes
Today we reached Psalm 126 at Poems From Psalms And Nature.
They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.
Psalm 126: 5
I am also reviewing free samples in my archives from The Dover Design Sampler, Dover Publications.

strength and beauty
for the soul
I will love thee, O Lord, my strength.

Today – I love our months and seasons. Some new health challenges this year, and all going well.

The Psalms
The Psalms have inspired many poems over the seasons and years. I read them for strength, hope, love, and the beauty of language.

I wonder how many poems
the trees have given to me
as I pray the Psalms
and read poems by poets
written over so much time
that passes too soon

Poems For My Father
love for you
became her care
until she joined you there
grief gives way to fields and wind
and now I hear your voice again

I posted my Christmas poem for my father again in December 2017:
*
In loving memory, for Harold A. Borgh (1915 – 1983). My father taught history at Wauwatosa East High School.

Wait on the Lord: be of good courage,
and he shall strengthen thine heart:
wait, I say, on the Lord.
