hosta and daylilies
goldenrod grows too
I sit in silence
and think about
what needs
to be done now
and what can wait
until Autumn and Winter

day grows more clear

day grows more clear
primroses grow past
the flower garden

today

primroses growing
from garden to lawn
deep decades of roots
strengthen my faith
for new dreams
